Kaiseki includes a wonderful variety of sumptuous dishes whose ingredients are always fresh, since only seasonal foods are used in the preparation of the meal. You can enjoy wonderful dishes from every season—spring, summer, autumn and winter! The kaiseki course, as do all of the course menus, includes a trip to the salad bar.
