Cuisine and Dining Facilities
The menu includes superb Japanese cuisine as well as a delightful variety of Western cuisines.

The main dining facility is the lovely “Restaurant Funachaya.” The ambience of Funachaya is a tasteful blend of Japanese and Western decor.

“The Lounge” serves as a cocktail lounge (evening) and tearoom (daytime) whose airy setting offers a pleasant atmosphere well suited to afternoon tea or an evening cocktail.

Adjacent to The Lounge is “Bar Outrigger,” a counter bar whose sleek lines and contemporary feel provide an agreeable balance to the more traditional aspects of the hotel. The bar seats eight comfortably.

Popular menu: offers “kaiseki” cuisine, which is an elegant way to enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine. Kaiseki includes a wonderful variety of sumptuous dishes whose ingredients are always fresh, since only seasonal foods are used in the preparation of the meal. You can enjoy wonderful dishes from every season—spring, summer, autumn and winter! The kaiseki course, as do all of the course menus, includes a trip to the salad bar.

If you prefer to order a la carte: You can enjoy as many trips to the salad bar as you like, all for the price of ¥600.
